Spring!

Although it’s chilly, the blue skies and sunshine help us imagine that the feeling of spring will be back soon!  I get to spend this day with my friend Beth, who shares her birthday with the arrival of spring each year!  It will be fun.  I’m giving her a book as a gift, so I’d better wrap it quick before she gets here!

I’m still enjoying “Peony in Love” – the Asian beliefs and superstitions and celebrations of ancient times (well, the 17th C.) intrigue me.

Off to read a bit before the afternoon/evening adventure!
